The hotel's location was perfect for families as it's just across the road from the beach and boardwalk, with plenty of restaurants nearby. the spacious and clean rooms were equipped with modern facilities, and the friendly staff provided excellent service. Breakfast offered a good selection and dining in the Wolkenlos restaurant was a pleasant experience.
The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and needed improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is fantastic, right on the promenade, with easy access to the beach. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The spa and wellness center were a highlight, with a beautiful indoor swimming pool and a variety of treatments available. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.
We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The breakfast spread was amazing, lots of variety! the spa facilities were great, clean and well-maintained. the location was perfect for beach access and walking distance to various restaurants and shops.
The suite was sparsely decorated and the furniture had some wear and tear. the bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, making for a less than restful night's sleep.

The location was ideal, just across the street from the beach and close to various eateries. Two standout characteristics were the pool in the hotel and the delightful breakfasts. The pool was clean and inviting, and a perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach. The breakfast selection was varied, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and despite our complaints, the staff did not rectify the problem. The suite we stayed in was not well-maintained - the furniture was worn out, and the bed was extremely hard.
